I am from Hong Kong, my interest in cooking have begun when I came to the US in 2003. I had to cook for myself everyday, I didnt remember how I fed myself in the early days.It was interestingly enough I met my roommate again after many years I asked what did you see me eating often? She said Noodle? now I remember. My current challenge is grinding grain. While I want to stay healthy using wholewheat, I miss the texture of fluffy white bread. I hope to share my joy from cooking with all of you.
